Lakeland's Newsletter

At Lakeland, our number one priority is keeping our scholars safe every single day. To help us do that, we kindly ask that families do not use the two-level parking lot or the service road off 360th for drop-off. Our principal, Mrs. Conerly, has been visiting the two-level lot to remind families that this area is reserved for parking only.
If you are driving through to drop off your scholar, please use the parent pick-up/drop-off loop (see map above). It’s quick and simple—just pull up, let your scholar hop out, and you’re on your way! We have dedicated staff members outside every morning and afternoon to help everything run smoothly.
Before and after school, the same expectations apply.
- If you prefer to park and walk to meet your child, the two-level parking lot is the best option.
- If you plan to stay in your car during pick-up, please use the one-level drive-through lot.
We know the drive-through line can get busy in the afternoon, but our team works hard to help scholars get to their cars quickly. Most days, the entire line clears in about 10 minutes.
We truly appreciate your partnership. By following these guidelines, we can work together to create a safe, calm, and stress-free experience for scholars, families, and staff. Our next steps may include closing the two-level lot to families during these times, but the one-level lot will still be available for drop-off, pick-up, and parking.
Thank you for helping us keep our scholars safe—and for being such an important part of our community.
